This notice covers the FrequenSee Labs company website. Noctio and Mercentive have separate notices for their app, purchase and participation practices.
Website visits
These pages do not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, remote font services or embedded social widgets. This website does not set an advertising or analytics cookie.
The hosting provider necessarily handles request information such as IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information to serve and secure the website. Server logs are separate from Noctio listening or sleep activity.
When you contact us
If you send an email, we receive your address, message and any attachments. We use that information to respond, investigate an issue and maintain necessary business records. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Retention and your choices
Correspondence is retained as reasonably needed for the enquiry, relevant business records or legal obligations. Server-log retention depends on the hosting configuration. Contact us for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests; some information may need to be retained for legitimate obligations.
